Every VPS includes its own dedicated IPv4 address. If required, we can also assist with domain registration and pointing the domain to your VPS.

How long does it take to provision a VPS?

Provisioning time depends on the operating system and any custom configuration. The server is typically available within one business day; we confirm the expected delivery time when acknowledging your order.

Which operating systems can you choose?

You can choose from currently supported Linux-based operating systems and Windows Server. We confirm the available versions and Windows Server licensing terms during the ordering process.

Does the package include a dedicated IPv4 address?

Yes. Every standard package includes one dedicated IPv4 address. Additional IP addresses can be ordered subject to technical availability and an additional charge.

Can the VPS be upgraded later?

Yes. You can upgrade to a larger standard package if you need more CPU cores, memory or storage. We can also provide a tailored quote for requirements beyond the standard packages.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Standard packages do not require a long-term commitment. Any different terms for a custom configuration are clearly stated in advance in our proposal.

Do you help with server installation?

Yes. We assist with initial setup and installation of a supported operating system. Custom application installation and configuration are available by prior agreement for an additional fee.

Does the VPS include backups?

Standard packages do not include backups. Backups are available for an additional fee; frequency, retention period and restoration terms are agreed before ordering.

What does support include?

Magyar nyelvű szakértői segítséget bizosítunk a VPS indulásával és működésével kapcsolatban. Az egyedi rendszergazdai és alkalmazásüzemeltetési feladatokat külön megállapodás alapján végezzük.

Where are the servers physically located?

We operate the VPS infrastructure in the Dataplex data centre. Detailed information about the location and infrastructure is available before ordering.

How much data transfer is included?

Domestic data transfer is unlimited. Other data transfer and network conditions are confirmed when we acknowledge your order.

What does the stated bandwidth mean?

It indicates the network capacity included with the package. Actual available speed may be affected by current network load and the technical environment.

Do you receive a management console for the VPS?

Yes. We provide a dedicated management console through which you can access and manage your VPS. Login details and usage information are supplied at handover.

How can you report an issue or request help?

Clients can report issues and track their status through our ticketing system. Access is provided when the service starts.

Who can order VPS services, and what is the payment term?

We provide VPS services exclusively to companies and other business entities, not to private individuals. Invoices are payable within 8 days.
