Banknotes and exchange rates in one mobile app

The app developed for the Hungarian National Bank brings together two different tasks: explaining the security features of forint banknotes and presenting exchange-rate data clearly. The development addressed both understandable information and usability on mobile devices.

What do these features mean in practice?

The interactive banknote presentation helps users learn about individual security features. Charts and tables serve different purposes for exchange rates: a chart helps users review changes, while a table makes individual values easier to read. Educational content and financial information therefore share a single interface.

Operational support alongside development

The project also includes operational services. For a mobile app, the system behind the screens contributes to usability, so development and the supporting environment need to be considered together. Our work on this reference includes both building the app and supporting its operation.
